Pun-derful

The MLS All-Stars took on West Ham United of the English Premier League tonight (MLS won the game 3-2). I don't care much for All-Star games in general, but after seeing this picture, it became even more unbearable.

ESPN, never one to pass up an opportunity to make a jackass of itself, must have paid an intern in college credit to spend hours coming up with this one. You see, West Ham's nickname is the Hammers. Get it? Hammers -- Hammer Time? You know; the 90's guy with the funny pants that could dance circles around any of those chumps on those dancing shows so prevalent on TV these days.

Anyway, that's only part of the problem.

Why is it that David Beckham's, ahem, "manhood" always finds it way to the front and center of just about any picture he manages to get in? I get it. He's a good looking man; but seriously people, I like the soccer, I don't need the whole package (get that one?).

Truly crazy.

Or should I say Nuts?
